Carolinas Aviation Museum
Today we took a day trip to the Carolinas Aviation Museum in Charlotte, NC. It was the first real outing we have had this summer. It was great to get out of the house and away from our home improvements for a day.

Imperial Landing Craft
Despite our disrupted lives recently J has still been building with Lego. He built the Imperial Landing Craft entirely by himself...he only missed two pieces which dad was able to find and fix. Mom was impressed because it was a complicated set to put together!

New Room
Well...so much for a relaxing summer vacation. For the last month we have been doing several home improvement projects. Poor J has not had much fun...just a whole lot of staying out of mom and dad's way while we were painting and working etc... But he now has a great new room to show for it! J chose the colors Red, White and Blue to decorate his room. We think it turned out great!
